Rail Testnet
Powered by Circle CCTP · 25 testnets

Move USDC between testnets, natively.

Rail burns USDC on the chain you send from and Circle mints the same amount on the chain you send to. No wrapped tokens, no liquidity pools.

You sign up to three wallet requests: approve, burn and mint.

Transfer progress

Every bridge goes through these four steps. Keep this tab open until the last one is done.

Ready
  1. Approve USDC

Lets the Circle bridge contract move this amount from your wallet. Skipped if you already approved enough.

  2. Burn on source

Your USDC is burned on the source chain. This transaction starts the transfer and needs gas there.

  3. Waiting for Circle attestation

Circle confirms the burn and signs a receipt. No action needed; usually under a minute, up to about 20 minutes on slower chains.

  4. Mint on destination

New native USDC is minted to your address on the destination chain. You confirm this in your wallet and pay its gas.

Activity

Transactions from this session, each linked to its block explorer.

Idle
  1. No transactions yet Your approve, burn and mint transactions will show up here as soon as you start a bridge.

Need test tokens?

Two things are needed: testnet USDC to send and a little gas on both chains.

Circle USDC faucet Free testnet USDC on most of the chains listed here.
Gas on both chains Each chain charges gas in its own coin. On Arc Testnet gas is paid in USDC.
